This event features subject matter expert speakers addressing best practices, problem solving, and thought leadership in a confidential environment. The discussion-style event allows executives to freely exchange ideas and experiences, have open discussion on emerging trends, issues, and new market opportunities, and promote research that facilitates the advancement of the industry.

The event will be held at Z'Tejas downtown and free valet is provided to those who register.

MEET THE MODERATOR:

Mike Dansby - With more than 32 years of combined management and consulting experience, Mike Dansby, Consero’s VP of CFO Services has successfully raised over $100M in debt and equity capital, conducted successful M&A transactions, and served as CFO at several tech companies. He is a CPA and earned his MBA from the Wharton School of Business.

MEET THE PANELISTS:

Jen Ford currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer & CFO of TurnKey Vacation Rentals, a tech-enabled full-service property management company for short-term rentals. TurnKey, a leading hospitality brand, combines smart home technology with local in-market service to manage nearly 5,000 premier homes in more than 80 U.S. travel destinations. As CCO & CFO, Jen is responsible for leading the finance, accounting, business intelligence, revenue management, human resources, and strategic planning functions. Prior to TurnKey, Jen most recently served as vice president of finance for Snap Kitchen and as senior director of investor relations at HomeAway.

Jen is active in the community, having served as board president of the Austin chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute and as current steering committee member of the CFO Leadership Council. She is a volunteer with Generation SERVE and Girls Empowerment Network, and is involved in the support and advancement of the Magellan International School. In 2018, Jen was recognized by Austin Business Journal’s “Profiles in Power” which recognizes Central Texas women of influence. In 2019, Jen received the Women’s Way Award for Product Innovation and was a nominee for Austin Business Journal’s Best CFO Award.

Chris Steiner is a Growth Equity Investor with Tritium Partners.

Rob Taylor brings two decades of entrepreneurial and founding leadership experience from building numerous successful venture capital and IPO-funded startups. Currently, Rob is co-founder and CEO of Convey, a SaaS business helping retailers perfect the last mile delivery for their consumers while pioneering a new category around Delivery Experience Management. Just prior, Rob was the President of BlackLocus, a SaaS software company providing competitive price intelligence to large retailers and which was acquired by The Home Depot in late 2012. Prior to BlackLocus, Rob was the EVP & GM of TrueCar (Nasdaq: TRUE), the leading negotiation-free car buying and selling platform, where Rob built the consumer direct business from the ground up. TrueCar completed its IPO in mid-2014.

Rob’s passions beyond entrepreneurship are his family, wife Renee and sons Jack and Grant, and road cycling as many large mountains across the globe as he can find.
