Cristina Silingardi, VP of vcfo, is a finance, accounting, and operations executive with extensive leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions, scaling businesses, profitability growth, and leading multicultural teams in international expansions.

She's guided more than 20 organizations – from pre-revenue to $100M+ international companies – through organic expansions, acquisitions, and divestitures. Cristina is passionate about connecting DE&I sustainability metrics and initiatives with operational excellence, connecting Purpose with Profits.

Autumn Manning serves as a Partner for Motley Fool Ventures, focusing her time with founders and portfolio company leadership on strategies and best practices for go-to-market, operational excellence, and HR and talent strategies. 

In 2013, Autumn co-founded YouEarnedIt, a mid- and enterprise market SaaS platform that delivered a unified employee experience to global companies across all industries. Following her time at YEI, Autumn served as interim President & COO for a leading subscription Commerce technology. She is a regular speaker on topics impacting culture and the employee experience, women in leadership, and driving lasting success by building a strong and differentiated company culture. She was awarded Austin’s Best CEO in 2018, receiving the 2018 Stevie Award for Best Female Executive of the Year, and included on Entrepreneur Magazine’s list of Best Company Cultures in 2017.
