Autumn Manning serves as a Partner for Motley Fool Ventures, focusing her time with founders and portfolio company leadership on strategies and best practices for go-to-market, operational excellence, and HR and talent strategies. 

In 2013, Autumn co-founded YouEarnedIt, a mid- and enterprise market SaaS platform that delivered a unified employee experience to global companies across all industries.
