HR Leadership Roundtable: Avoiding the Great Regret

The pandemic revealed deep-seated issues within the working world, leading to the highest quit-rate in 20 years for reasons such as low pay, no advancement, bad bosses, and child care issues, according to Pew research. And still today, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics sites nearly 800,000 people voluntarily leaving their jobs each month.

In order for organizations to avoid these costly losses, they must understand their employees wants and needs and do their best to meet them. At our next HR Leadership Roundtable, experts from Employer Flexible will share best practices and offer advice to in-person and virtual participants.
