Thank you to our facilitator, Tanis Cornell. She is CEO of Executive Women’s Forums (EWF) International, a Texas - based leadership accelerator dedicated to driving business results by increasing the representation of women in the C-Suite and executive ranks. In addition to their focus on development programs for women, EWF provides a wide variety of customized development programs for companies and teams to expand the leadership pipeline and drive business results for their clients. Tanis has a broad background in senior leadership positions ranging from Fortune 500 to start up environments that include an officer level position in a Fortune 1000 telecom company to an equity owner and board member of a private software firm. Tanis is a certified Lumina Learning practitioner, an accredited executive coach, a writer and frequent public speaker on business growth, leadership and women’s career issues. She brings over 30 years of experience in strategic planning, executive management, sales and alliance management, brand management, marketing and communications, change management, entrepreneurship, leadership coaching, and professional facilitation.
